MAINTENANCE CHARGES

Ramanashree California Gardens Residents Welfare Association was formed in the Year 2010 under the Societies Act vide Registration Number 1022 / 2010 – 11, as of now around 150 plot Owners are residing inside.

Maintenance

a)To maintain Common areas like cleaning of the Main Roads, Peripheral roads, storm water drain chambers , Security Cabins, Office room , Landscaping etc
b)To clean up the Individual Plots , removal of the weeds etc
c)Removal of the Garbage from the Layout.
d)To maintain Pumps, Water & Sewerage pipe lines, street lightings etc

To pay the Electricity charges for the street lights , water & sewage pumps etc
Maintenance of the Association Office.
Payment for the Security Personnel, maintenance of security ( 24/7 )

To pay for the other Agencies / Dealers for their services rendered.
To pay Salary for the RCG staff / labours.
To pay for Annual Audit charges.
To pay for the Renewal of Association Registration with Registrar of Societies.
To pay for repair charges for water Pumps, Borewells , Brush Cutter machine etc
To pay for the Stationary items, Courier , Printer Cartridge replacing etc
To pay for the Works being done for CCTV Installations / Improving facilities / Beautification of the Layout.
